Project Management
Project Management is a critical success factor in delivering services to external customers. Our vast knowledge, experience and disciplines within varying projects, mean our project management service is second to none. No matter how big or small the task, initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and control and project closure elements are covered. Working in a close knit team to support each other when and where necessary gives us unique support to any project.
Construction
Working with in house teams and trusted subcontractors, we keep them accountable throughout the entire project. From initial enquiry to final completion and quality control, we stay focused on the goal. Health and Safety is important to us so we provide our teams with extensive training and ensure all areas are covered no matter how big or small the project. Our on board Health and Safety specialist is on call 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
Post-Construction
Whether it be a couple of completion photos or a full 20 page handover document, our team will work with you to close any project, satisfying any requirements you or your customer needs. With people available 24/7 we can close down any aspects of the project with all elements taken care of.
